missing the program ijl15.dll

I downloaded the full client and extracted it all with winace. I placed it all in my maple v62 folder and clicked the ModifiedMS.exe. Then a window popped up saying that it couldn't start because the ijl15.dll is missing from my computer. I downloaded another ijl15.dll but something else popped up saying it was the wrong one. Can someone send me the right ijl15.dll for this private server?
