missing the program ijl15.dll Empty missing the program ijl15.dll

I downloaded the full client and extracted it all with winace. I placed it all in my maple v62 folder and clicked the ModifiedMS.exe. Then a window popped up saying that it couldn't start because the ijl15.dll is missing from my computer. What should I do?

i downloaded it but it says tht its was the wrong one, and that i should download the correct program. Any other suggestions?
