Admin is, indeed right.

Finding proper GM's is a fucking pain in the ass, you need someone with a 100% rate trustabillity, he has to know some basic functions, fully know the manual, allways be polite, not immature, etc etc etc.

And so I can continue,
If I were you, I would have whiped the whole server data, everyone restart, no GM's, just you.
Then, let people apply again for it, and they have to be considered by everyone that is around here.

Just saying, there is allready to much crap in the server (stuff like drops).
