General Chat Section on Forums
A General Chat Section.

I think there should be a general chat section so that people can post about things like
Their 3-second dodgy videos about the server
Or
A fancy comic/banner they made
Or
"Emgz last night I fell out window, scared a cat and landed in front of a guy who looks like Bill Gates."
It would be nice if the Forum wasn't JUST full of "YOU HAXED!" "No, HE haxed!" "I KEEP DCING F4F4"
I made a poll since I don't want the chat section to be made when no one is going to use it.
But if it was to be made, it would be a good place to post introductions and get to know eachother and whatnot.
