No timeless hellslayer item?

So I went to go buy an item from the rewards npc by tlking to the glimer man. I bought a timeless hellslayer and when i when to my item invenory i did not have it... So I tried buying another one and still nothing. It worked when i bought other items but not with that one. Dnt expect anything back,(10 slimes isnt a lot) just take a look at when u have a chance... Thanks and see u ingame
